Dalek Kid

Aw, poor thing. It's a cute picture, though

My son was a Dalek last Halloween. He's in a wheelchair, but I used a stroller for his costume because it was easier to maneuver on the street trick-or-treating than his chair is.  I built the costume out of cardboard to fit around his stroller and hot-glued a flashlight (with the lens painted blue) to the canopy for the eyestalk. I thought about shot glasses for the lights, but I didn't have a way to make them glow.
